Perhaps you could have a box of easy-to-make, snacky foods in your room. As a compromise of course. I know it might seems silly cause you should be able to have that stuff in the kitchen too since you live there, but at least you'll have it!
Sometimes it seems like itd be easier to live on your own, with no one else. But since you've looked at the cons of your situation, perhaps itd help if you took a look at the pros.
