AAAAAH YES!!!! This is kind of weird, because a lot of what you just said, I read about today in one of my philosophy books in regards to human rights. It's almost scary to think that beliefs are the way we make sense of the world, and they're pretty much debatable. But it also makes a LOT of sense. Oh, and I'm captivated by your idea that relationships are subtle arguments. CAPTIVAAATEEDDD. I find it rather poetic.
I think you'd dig Krishnamurti. He's all about discovering what we are underneath all the stuff society layers on top of us. I have a book of his if you ever want to borrow it!
Now I'm wary of being excited about the fact that I understand what you're talking about. Because it's pretty much us having the same kind of illusion and being allies in an argument that is very subjective. But it's way awesome.
